G-Tech was established in 1987 and since inception has gained a wealth of expertise and knowledge and is now considered to be at the forefront of the industry. G-Tech prides itself on its reputation of delivering an extraordinarily high standard of work based on experience and values.
The business has grown from strength to strength, servicing both Commercial and Residential markets which today allows G-Tech to offer exceptional service to all our client.
Since its inception, most projects have been referred to G-Tech through satisfied previous clients – an indication that G-Tech is recognised as a reputable company. G-Tech continually seeks new business opportunities and with their vision, passion and commitment in mind, they can ensure the successful outcome of every project they undertake.
Our Approach to your Project: The emphasis is on quality, while taking every effort to deliver our projects within the agreed time-frame. G-Tech Projects ensures no compromise in cost cutting to increase profitability. According to project and work required, G-Tech contracts sub-contractors such as Plumbing, Electrical, Kitchen, Carpentry, Pool & Land-scaping and Interior decorators. All sub-contractors used and hired are registered with their specific trade association. Planning and co-ordinating of work is arranged by G-Tech and work is supervised and inspected daily.
In addition, should the project require the expertise, G-Tech provides the services of an Engineer and Architect. Both Engineer and Architect are reputable business people who have been in the business for 10 and 20 years respectively.
All Projects are project managed by Giovanni Del Castello or alternately by Professional as per client request respectively.
Experience: A number of projects of varying size have been undertaken by G-Tech. Projects have ranged from home renovations to large factory renovations. G-Tech’s main speciality and experience lies in the larger up-market projects.

- Building Project of Maximum value of contract undertaken: R12 million.
